Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items sold by More Is More Jewelry are vintage or pre-owned. Due to the nature of vintage items, minor signs of wear may be present and are not considered defects. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition as received and must not show signs of additional wear or damage beyond what was disclosed at the time of sale. Proof of purchase is required.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
